Reservation Policy

Minimum stay:

During Seasons B* and C* the minimum rental duration is 7 nights.

During Season A* the minimum rental duration is 4 nights.

Entry and exit of clients:

Check-in – from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm;

Check-out – from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

Reservations:

The booking will be confirmed upon payment of 30% of the estimated value.

The remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.

If the booking takes place less than 30 days before check-in date, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Herdade de Montalvo has the right to cancel any reservation if payments have not been made according to the above conditions.

Cancelation/No-show:

The advance payment will be refundable, minus €25,00 for costs, if cancellation is made up to 30 days before check-in. No refund of payments for cancellation done within 30 days of check-in or no-show on the check-in date.

Deposit:

The amount of €250,00 in cash is required to be delivered on arrival (see refund conditions in the rental agreement).

Housekeeping:

In the middle and end of each week, and includes change of bed sheets and towels.

Pets:

Not allowed.

Clients' Guests:

Only previously authorized and no overnight stay (see conditions in the rental agreement).
