We can see the palaeolithic dune and Herdade de Palma on the other bank of the river. The surrounded land is wooded lot in order to protect people from excessive sun exposure.
Situated by the old windmill, this villa is one of the few overseeing the lake. From gathering by the fireplace or enjoying snooker matches in winter, to long walks through pine and corks, swimming in the pool or going to nearby beaches, this is the ideal place to get back in shape.

Booking conditions
Minimum stays:
During Seasons B * and C * the minimum stay is 7 nights.
During Season A * the minimum stay is 4 nights.

Check-in and check-out of guests:
Check in – from 5 pm to 6:30 pm.
Check out – from 8 am to 10 am.
Reservation:
It will be confirmed after payment of 30% of the estimated value.
The rest will have to be paid up to 30 days before arrival.
If the reservation takes place less than 30 days from the date of entry, the total estimated price will be paid at the time of booking.
• Montalvo has the right to cancel any reservation whose payment has not been made under the conditions mentioned above.
Cancellation/No-show:
The advance will be refundable, minus € 25.00 for expenses if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before check-in. There is no refund of payments made for cancellation made less than 30 days before check-in or for no show on the reserved date.
Security Deposit
In the amount of 250 euros, in cash, to be delivered at check-in (see return conditions in the tourist rental contract)
Bedding and cleaning
In the middle and at the end of each week, changing sheets and towels.
Pets:
Are not allowed.
Guest visits:
Only previously authorized and without overnight stay (see conditions in the tourist rental contract)
