Booking conditions
Minimum stays:
During Seasons B * and C * the minimum stay is 7 nights.
During Season A * the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Weekend Packages: Available from September 8th to December 20th, 2024: Stays will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday and extend until 6:00 PM on Sunday.

Check-in and check-out of guests:
Check in – from 4 pm to 00:00 am.
Check out – from 8 am to 10 am.
Reservation:
It will be confirmed after payment of 30% of the estimated value.
The rest will have to be paid up to 30 days before arrival.
If the reservation takes place less than 30 days from the date of entry, the total estimated price will be paid at the time of booking.
• Montalvo has the right to cancel any reservation whose payment has not been made under the conditions mentioned above.
Cancellation/No-show:
The advance will be refundable, minus € 25.00 for expenses if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before check-in. There is no refund of payments made for cancellation made less than 30 days before check-in or for no show on the reserved date.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorization of €250 will be made at check-in, and this amount will be refunded upon check-out if no damages are found in the Villas.
Bedding and cleaning
In the middle and at the end of each week, changing sheets and towels.
Pets:
Are not allowed.
Guest visits:
Only previously authorized and without overnight stay (see conditions in the tourist rental contract)
