The family house with approximately 250 m2 of living area is located on a plot of 10,000 m2 in the Sado River Natural Reserve. The house is new and surrounded by pine trees, olive trees, and cork oaks, with a pleasant garden, terrace, and a private swimming pool.

The house is part of a private and gated community, Herdade de Montalvo, which includes an Equestrian Center, tennis court, basketball court, as well as a restaurant.

The community is great for relaxing, biking, enjoying horseback riding, hiking in nature (Sado River and Montado), as well as bird watching, especially the birds that nest in the Sado estuary.
